Full Journal pdf1999-05-15 House Journal Page 1466 SB 33 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the 1999-05-15 House Journal Page 1467 SB 33 House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 1432) on the following at this time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(FIN) am H "An Act relating to contracts for the performance of certain state functions previously performed by state employees and to the Commission on Privatization and Delivery of Government Services; and providing for an effective date." and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 33(FIN) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCS SB 33. The question being: Shall the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report? Representative Green moved that the effective date clause be adopted. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
